The crew that crawls under your house
A locally owned Durham company focused on the part of the home most people never see, and everything it affects above.
Healthy homes start underneath
Cusuco Crawlspace was founded by Oscar Martinez in Durham, North Carolina. The idea was simple: crawlspaces are where many of a home's biggest problems start, from mold and musty air to rotted joists and high energy bills, and most homeowners never get a clear look at them.
So we make that look easy. We crawl the space, photograph what we find, and explain it in plain terms. Then we fix the problem at its source with encapsulation, drainage, sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and structural repairs, and show you the finished work in photos.
Because crawlspace problems travel, our work does too. We clean and replace ductwork, clear dryer vents, replace attic insulation, repair roofs and drywall, and handle bathroom, flooring, and painting projects, all with the same crew and the same straightforward approach.
